Chi tiết chương trình

Úc là một quốc gia không chỉ nổi tiếng về chất lượng giáo dục và còn khá “hào phóng” về các suất học bổng. Bên cạnh các suất học bổng toàn phần + sinh hoạt phí từ chính phủ thì hầu hết các chương trình từ trung học, dự bị, cao đẳng, đại học, đến sau đại học đều có lượng học bổng rất dồi dào và có giá trị.

Cơ hội học bổng là dành cho mọi người và để đạt hiệu quả cao trong xin học bổng, các bạn cần có sự tìm hiểu và chuẩn bị thật kỹ từ trước 2 - 3 năm để có được một “background” hoàn chỉnh đầy đủ khả năng cạnh tranh để đạt được các suất học bổng cao.

1. Các loại học bổng du học Úc

Úc có rất nhiều loại học bổng khác nhau, của nhiều tổ chức, chính phủ, vùng, trường đại học tại Úc, cùng nhiều ngành học hấp dẫn. Có các nguồn học bổng sau và mức học bổng có thể từ 10-100% học phí, hoặc học bổng toàn phần (ăn, ở, học, đi lại, bảo hiểm y tế…) dựa trên các yếu tố như:

Nước học sinh đến du học: ví dụ Úc có học bổng AAS, UK: học bổng Chevening, Mỹ: học bổng Fullbright; New Zealand: học bổng Asian…
Trường học sinh chọn học;
Các tổ chức/ cơ quan độc lập;
Các cá nhân độc lập;
Chính phủ Việt Nam;
Cơ quan Việt Nam.

2. Điều kiện xin học bổng du học Úc

Bên cạnh những suất học bổng giá trị cao cần nhưunxg ứng viên thực sự xuất sắc, những thành tích nổi bật, thì các suất học bổng thông thường luôn được xét theo các tiêu chí căn bản:

Năng lực học tập: điểm học tập tại trường, thường sẽ được chọn lựa từ cao xuống thấp.
Trình độ ngoại ngữ
Thời điểm nộp hồ sơ, có các suất học bổng xét dựa trên thời điểm nộp, ưu tiên các hồ sơ nộp sớm.
Tiêu chí riêng: nếu đó là các học bổng đặc biệt (chuyên ngành)

Tham khảo tiêu chí năng lực học sinh tương ứng với mức học bổng có thể được cấp:

GPA 95- 100%; Tiếng Anh: ≥ 7.0 IELTS - Học bổng 100%
GPA ≥ 92%; Tiếng Anh ≥ 6.5 - Học bổng 50%
GPA ≥ 85%; Tiếng Anh ≥ 6.5 - Học bổng 30%
GPA ≥ 75%; Tiếng Anh ≥ 6.0 - Học bổng 10 - 20%

Hồ sơ xin học bổng:

Học bạ/ bảng điểm của khóa học gần nhất;
Bằng tốt nghiệp bậc học cao nhất;
Tiếng Anh và/ hoặc chứng chỉ chuẩn hóa (PTE A/ IELTS/ TOEFL/ SAT/ GMAT/ GRE…);
Thành tích khoa học, hoạt động ngoại khóa, các bài viết nghiên cứu- nếu có.

Lưu ý riêng ứng viên xin học bổng bậc thạc sỹ, tiến sỹ sẽ cần thêm:

Work CV;
personal statement;
2 thư giới thiệu.

3. Học bổng chính phủ Úc 2024 - Australia Awards Scholarship

Đây là một trong những học bổng du học Úc dài hạn do bộ Bộ Ngoại giao và Thương mại Úc trao tặng sinh viên quốc tế nhằm mục đích đóng góp vào nhu cầu phát triển lâu dài của các nước đối tác phù hợp với hiệp định song phương trong khu vực. Thông qua việc học tập và nghiên cứu của mình, những cá nhân nhận học bổng sẽ phát triển các kỹ năng, kiến thức nhằm tạo sự thay đổi và sự kết nối tại Úc. Ứng viên sẽ được đánh giá dựa trên phẩm chất cá nhân, năng lực chuyên môn và quan trọng hơn cả là triển vọng tiếp cận những thử thách phát triển tại Việt Nam. Học bổng được trao dựa trên thành tích học tập.

Giá trị học bổng bao gồm toàn bộ chi phí: 100% học phí, vé máy bay khứ hồi, hỗ trợ chi phí học thuật bổ sung, tài trợ chi phí sinh hoạt, nhà ở, phí bảo hiểm y tế trong suốt thời gian được học bổng, phi phí nghiên cứu thực tế (đối với sinh viên nghiên cứu) được cấp trong khoảng thời gian tối thiểu cần thiết để cá nhân hoàn thành chương trình học tập do cơ sở giáo dục đại học của Úc chỉ định, bao gồm cả khóa học dự bị.

Điều kiện để nộp đơn xin học bổng:

Là sinh viên có quốc tịch Việt Nam và nộp hồ sơ xin học bổng khi đang sinh sống tại Việt Nam
Không phải người Australia hoặc đã sống tại Australia trong thời gian dài hoặc đang nộp đơn xin cư trú dài hạn tại Australia
Chưa từng xin bất kỳ loại học bổng nào khác tại Úc
Không kết hôn với bất kỳ ai mang quốc tịch Australia hoặc New Zealand trong thời gian làm đơn xin nhận học bổng
Những sinh viên nộp đơn xin học bổng thạc sĩ bắt buộc phải hoàn thành chương trình cử nhân trước đó
Không phải người đang đi nghĩa vụ quân sự
Bắt buộc cam kết sẽ trở lại Việt Nam làm việc trong vòng 2 năm sau khi hoàn thành chương trình đào tạo ở Úc
Đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Việt Nam trong tối thiểu 24 tháng, trừ những ứng viên thuộc diện đặc biệt sẽ được chấp nhận thời gian tối thiểu là 12 tháng (nếu có bằng chứng hoặc giấy tờ xác minh đầy đủ)
Ứng viên làm 1 trong 3 công việc sau đây: Nhân viên công chức nhà nước hoặc viên chức cơ quan trung ương, giảng viên Đại học, Nhà nghiên cứu
Không đăng ký bậc học thấp hơn hoặc bằng bậc học cao nhất của bản thân. Ví dụ, nếu đã có bằng Thạc sĩ, bạn phải đăng ký bậc học cao hơn bằng Thạc sĩ hiện tại
Trình độ tiếng anh từ 6.5 IELTS trở lên (không kỹ năng nào dưới 6.0)
